Culture, principles
and values

We are an integrated healthcare network that delights, empowers, and cares for people throughout their lives, in an integral and sustainable manner. The formation of our network marked the beginning of a journey that belongs to all of us, as we brought together large companies whose common essence was the focus on the patient, the courage to innovate, and people passionate about making a difference in healthcare.

Talents that transform

We are made of people and for people who believe and accomplish things together. Our leaders develop and empower their teams and create the conditions for each one of us to achieve their best. We attract all types of talents and are proud to be part of the ecosystem and grow with it.

Full trust

We are open and always ready to listen, think, and evolve. We build our relationships based on trust. We create an inclusive environment where everyone is free to ask for help, participate actively, and be who they are. We evolve with our plurality.

Boldness to innovate

We connect knowledge and technology to challenge the status quo. We are curious. We face the unknown, acknowledge that we do not know everything, and learn from our mistakes. Our courage and humility give us the energy to break new ground and always surprise those who engage with us.

The ecosystem sets the tone

From the whole, we create value for everyone. Our ecosystem is powerful and bigger than the sum of the parts. We know how to prioritize, collaborate, and assume responsibility for building the future of healthcare. We do it with an owner's mindset and attitude.

Our best always

We care for people’s health with the best there is. We use our experience and knowledge in all the moments of care. Always with ethics, excellence, efficiency, and medical responsibility, we make sure that our decisions are based on facts and data.

In 2021, we developed a management model capable of expanding access to healthcare. We also committed to establishing a more seamless and coordinated journey in our entire network. Focusing on delivering the right services, at the right time, to the right people, we launched Nav, our digital platform that represents a milestone for the value proposition of our model.

In addition, as a result of the greater maturity of our network, we seek to reorganize and strengthen our ESG strategy, which is fully integrated into and aligned with our business purpose. We conducted an in-depth diagnosis and set out our ambitions, priority initiatives to maximize our contributions, and four short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

We are very clear about all the opportunities and initiatives we should address, and we look forward to innovations that will enable us to bring people even more health.

Strategy & ESG Commitments

Aware of our potential impact and committed to sustainability and value creation for our stakeholders, in 2021, we designed our ESG strategic planning, which is in the implementation phase, totally linked to the business strategy and expected to be submitted to annual reviews.

As a result, we reached four public commitments (see the artwork below) divided into the environmental, social, and governance fronts, to be executed in the short, medium, and long term. We plan to invest around R$16 million in these initiatives in 2022 alone.
